SOPHIE

Born in the UK to a French-English family, Sophie left school at 17 to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer at the iconic Lido de Paris cabaret. After several years on stage, she chose to continue her education, embarking on a Bachelor’s and then a Master’s degree—all while continuing her performance career.

Five years later, following a year performing as a singer and dancer in Rome, Italy, she completed her Master’s in Intercultural Management. Sophie then stepped off the stage and into the world of event management, spending two years in the USA.

 

Upon returning to Paris, she joined forces with Emma to co-found Kalon—bringing their shared showgirl backgrounds to the world of fitness. Together with their talented team, Emma and Sophie have built a powerful community of strong, confident women—united by a unique concept and an irresistibly effective method.

 

Since day one, Sophie has been the visionary behind Kalon’s growth, leading the team and the brand forward. In 2024, she led the opening of Kalon’s first studio—all while raising two young children and continuing to inspire through her leadership.
