SOPHIE

A former professional dancer at the Lido de Paris, Sophie embodies the perfect union of discipline, grace and ambition. After performing on the most iconic stages while pursuing her higher education, she took off - Master's degree in Intercultural Management in hand - for the United States, where she designed high-end experiences for prestigious clients such as Microsoft and Porsche, in Chicago, New York and Toronto.

An entrepreneur at heart, she combined her years of dancing with her desire to create, to co-found Kalon in 2018, a unique fitness method for sculpting your body like a dancer, without the need to dance, with a touch of glamour and femininity thanks to dancer coaches from the greatest Parisian cabarets.

Team K started out as a pair, and today there are more than 35 of them sharing their elegant, innovative method and approach with Paris and the world. With 400 classes a month at the Kalon studio in Paris, high-end partners such as the Ritz and the Four Seasons, and a successful VOD application, the Kalon brand continues to grow with new studio opening projects in the pipeline.
